Cottages
We have six different self-catering cottages that form the farm courtyard.
Blacksmiths cottage
A stone barn conversion sleeping 6-8 this is our largest cottage. There are three twin/double rooms (one en-suite), bathroom, hallway and an open plan kitchen/living area with a sofa-bed.
The Granary
A two story stone barn conversion this cottage comprises of two double/twin bed rooms (one en-suite), bathroom, dining room/kitchen and living room. This cottage sleeps 4 -6 inc. sofa bed)
Carter's cottage
This is our smallest converted cottage. It comprises of one double bedroom, bathroom, hallway and open plan living/kitchen area. This is all spread over the ground floor in the lower courtyard and has access to its own small garden area.
Mill cottage
This cottage contains two double/twin bedrooms (one en-suite), bathroom with shower, hallway, and living/kitchen area with sofa bed. This cottage also has access to the guest garden from its back door.
Well cottage
So named due to the Well we found while converting this stone barn the cottage comprises of one double bedroom, toilet with wet room shower, kitchen/dining room and living room with sofa bed. This cottage is easy access and is suitable for disabled use.
The Old Dairy
This cottage is on two floors comprising of one bedroom with Double and single bed, Living room, Toilet with shower and kitchen/dining room.
FACILITIES
All cottages include fully equipped kitchens, with combination ovens and dishwashers. Ample parking is provided in the guest car park (pleased only use the courtyard for loading and unloading). High chairs and cots are available. We are a non-smoking establishment throughout. All cottages also have access to our guest laundry where tokens can be bought for washing machines and dryers. The cottages are available all year round.
The cottages are available from 3pm on the day of arrival with key collection from the owners at Huntsmill Farm. Cottages must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
